Refund Policy:
Refunds cannot be processed from Wallet POS application. Please use your payment gateways management console to issue refunds. Consumers looking for refund should follow the applicable merchant rules for returning the products or services purchased. It is the responsibility of the merchant to make the customer aware of the refund policies applicable to their business.

PayPal Pre approval Cancellation Policy
Consumers who have pre approved mWallet, can cancel the pre approval any time. After canceling the pre approval, transactions using the pap pal will not go through. There is no cost to consumers for adding pay pal pre approval or canceling pay pal pre approval. Canceling pay pal pre approval will have no effect on previously processed payments. Consumers who want to cancel a single pre approved transaction should follow up with merchant for refund.

Account Suspension
Both the consumer account on mWallet as well as merchant mWallet POS application can be suspended without notice, if fraudulent activity is detected or reported. This is applicable for all free as well as paid applications listed on this site. No refund will be issued for application purchases.
